Schools

A recurring feature of the NN CPC Loop Den Haag is the School Run. On 15 March, we will once again be hosting the largest school run in the Netherlands, with thousands of children from almost 100 schools taking part. This event is very important to the NN CPC Loop Den Haag, as it encourages children to exercise and increases the involvement of The Hague residents and schools in the event.   

Primary and secondary education
The gro-up Youth Run 1 KM (0-13 years) and the gro-up Youth Run 2.5 KM (7-13 years) are specifically for primary school pupils. For secondary school pupils, the 5 KM Run (from 8 years) is organised. Every school that participates can request a free market stall via the registration form (if registered by 9 January 2026 at the latest).

  • Market stall School campus (if registered by 11 January 2026 at the latest)
  • One coach number per 10 children

Which events are you participating in?

gro-up jeugdlopen

Choose between 1 km (0-13 years) and 2.5 km (7-13 years).

For every 10 children, a coach number can be ordered for the 1 KM and 2.5 KM. This costs €3.50 per coach number.
Please note: the number of students registered is the number that will be invoiced. Refunds are not possible.

For everyone aged 8 and above.

Do you want to run as a coach in the 5 KM Schools Run? Then you need to register at the regular individual registration rate.

gro-up school campus

The Scholencampus group is the meeting place for schools participating in the NN CPC Run The Hague.

Schools with 50 or more participating pupils will receive one free market stall (if registered by 11 January 2026 at the latest).

Would your school like to use a market stall? Please indicate this on the registration form (no later than 11 January 2026).

Join the most athletic school competition!

Encourage a healthy lifestyle and enhance the atmosphere at school by participating with your pupils. Motivate everyone to join in and stand together at the starting line!

The school with the highest percentage of participating pupils wins a coveted cup. This is presented on the day of the NN CPC Loop The Hague during the award ceremony. There is one prize for primary education and one for secondary education.

Gro-up Fit Clinic

Especially for participants in the gro-up Youth Run 2.5 KM and 1 KM, gro-up is organising a free fitness clinic on Tuesday 8 March 2026 at gro-up OBS Haantje de Voorste. You can register for the clinic when you sign up, and participation is free!
